Jeremiah was an amazing agent throughout the entire home buying process. My fiancé and I just bought our first home and Jeremiah went to multiple open houses with us and was very knowledgeable about both home construction as well as the current market conditions. He was instrumental in helping us pick the right home and was even more crucial when it came to negotiating our offer. When our offer got accepted he was extremely thorough and did an amazing job making sure everything was lined up on both our side and the sell side to ensure we could have a timely close. Our home buying process was challenging (buying and selling and my partner is self employed) but Jeremiah held our hand throughout the whole process.
